履歴書を見ない採用とは？

アイエスエフネットグループは創業以来無知識・未経験大歓迎という思いで「履歴書を見ない採用」を実践しています。

働くとは、現在から未来に対しコミットすることであり、ここでは過去から現在の変わらない事実は関係ない、そして入社すればすべての人にチャンスがある。

また、履歴書を見ない採用にはもう一つのポイントがあると考えています。
