1985年佐賀県生まれ
先天的難病の網膜色素変性症により、埼玉県立大学社会福祉学科卒。20代前半で視力を失う。
幼少より視覚障害による孤独感を感じ、大学在籍7年間・経営コンサルティング会社での激務を経験。2009年に独立。2011年12月に就労困難者の雇用創造を掲げるNPO法人FDA事務局長に就任。2013年3月には症候性癲癇となり新たな使命を抱く。日本唯一の障がい者雇用分野の当事者・福祉の専門家・経営者という三つの立場を生かし、「世界一明るい視覚障害がい者」というキャッチコピーとともに活動中。2016年8月よりその活動が認められ、NPO法人FDAの理事長へ就任。

Born in Saga Prefecture, 1985. Graduated from Insurance Medical Welfare department at Saitama prefectural university. While suffering form retinitis pigmentosa, established a business in 2009 as “The most cheerful visually-challenged person all over the world”. Travels everywhere in Japan, planning consulting or events regarding the employment of challenged people. Took up a post as chief executive at incorporated non-profit organization, FDA since Dec. 1 in 2011.

当事者やご家族とつながること

今回の朝日町ブランド大学でも約100名の方にご参加いただきました。
そしてこんな小さな町でも当事者やご家族が名刺交換に来て下さり、「大丈夫ですよ」と伝えて握手をしながらつながることができました。

About 100 people came to listen to my speech in Branding University in Asahicho.
Even in this such a small town, the person and their families came to exchange business cards with me, and I told them “it will be alright” and I could connect with them.
