FDAの特徴について

本日は、FDAの特徴についてお話したいと思います。
FDAでは、就労困難な方の居場所づくり・職業訓練・就労支援を行っています。
運営する上で二つのことを大事にしています。

まず１点目は、仲間や組織に支えてもらうことの喜び。
FDAトレーニング生の多くは、集団の中でいじめられたり、のけものにされたり、集団に対しネガティブな印象をを持ったメンバーが多くいます。
しかし本来、仲間とつながること、組織に加わることは安心感があり、人に必要とされる喜びを感じてもらうことだと思います。
だから私は、仲間っていいな、組織っていいな、というのを感じてもらいたいと思っています。

そして二つ目は、「比べる相手がいないこと」を意識しています。
コンプレックスや劣等感にさいなまれているみんなにどうやって人と比べず自分のペースで歩んでもらえるかを気づき、実感してもらえるかを心掛けています。
その結果、約８０名以上のトレーニング生がいますが、４０種類以上の障害や病気を抱えているメンバーが２５の市区町村から通ってくれています。
そんないろんな人がいるからこそ、悩み、折り合いをつけながら安心し、自分ら しさを見つける、そんな場所で、これからもありたいと思います。

Features of FDA

I would like to talk about some features of FDA.
In FDA, we are engaged in making place to belong and supporting job
training and employment for people with difficulty to work.
In FDA, we especially value two things below:

One is the joy to be supported by members and organization.
Many of people in job training tend to have negative impression on
groups because they have experience to get bullied and to be treated as
an outcast in a group.
However, I think that to connect with people and to belong to the
organization originally provide people a sense of security and joy to be
needed by people.
Therefore, I would like them to feel the good side of groups and
organizations.

The other is the fact that “there is no one to compare” in FDA.
We keep in mind that how we can contribute to letting people who have
inferiority complex not compare with others and having them at their own
pace. As a result, we have 80 people in job training at FDA including
people with over 40 kinds of disabilities and diseases from over 25
cities.
I would like FDA to be the place where people can feel secure and find
their own styles, thanks to the presence of many different people.
