自分を意図的にトランズアクションさせる

本日は第2回コクリ！キャンプに招待され参加をさせていただきました。
世界中から130名のリーダーが選抜され、
官僚・上場企業経営者・有識者・クリエイター・NPO活動家などさまざまな専門家が終結した

講演会やワークショップでなく、
「場」そのものであった。
久しぶりに6時間の研修に参加した。
その中で世界の社会起業家のリーダーである井上英之先生が短いピッチをされていた。
「自分を意図的にトランズアクションさせる」という言葉が印象に残った。
年末年始に家族に35歳を一つの節目と考えている、と話をした。
何かこれから35歳に向けて色々な準備を意図的に実行していきたいと改めて感じた。

I participated in Cocre Camp, which is the “camp” that many leaders such as officials, CEOs of listed companies, experts, creators, and NPO social activists were gathered.

It was not just about lectures nor workshops but it was about “space.”
It had been a long time to participate in 6 hours seminers.

In that camp, Hideyuki Inoue, an international social entrepreneur gave mpressive words; “to make me carry out transaction intentionally.”
After I heard that words, I told my family that I would be my turning point when I got 35 years old.
I realized that I should prepare many things intentionally for my 35 years.

I am looking forward to how our links will spread from now on.

やっとつながった

先日より毎日のように多くの当事者・ご家族と面談をさせてもらっています。
石川県から朝一番の新幹線で上京してくれるお父さんや50年間の人生で全く支援機関とつながっていなかった当事者・「寂しい」という電話をくれる方々など、これまでつながることができなくてどれだけ辛かっただろうか、やっと繋がってこれからは大丈夫、そんな社会からいただいた役割を日々感じさせていただいています。

支援や社会起業などそんな言葉は後回しでいいです。
「つながる」を発信し続けて参りたいと思います。

I have many interviews with the people and their families like every day.
Like the father of the person, the person who have never had contact with any organization to support, and the person who give us a call saying “I am very lonely,” I think of how they suffer without connecting to the right ones, and I feel confident for their future because they have already connected with us.

We don’t need the words like support or social entrepreneur.
We would like to continue to send out the importance to be connected.

履歴書を見ない採用とは？

アイエスエフネットグループは創業以来無知識・未経験大歓迎という思いで「履歴書を見ない採用」を実践しています。

働くとは、現在から未来に対しコミットすることであり、ここでは過去から現在の変わらない事実は関係ない、そして入社すればすべての人にチャンスがある。

また、履歴書を見ない採用にはもう一つのポイントがあると考えています。

We have been doing “employment without looking at resume” ever since ISFnet was founded. We welcome people without knowledge and experiences in the job field.

To work means to commit to the future from the present, and we don’t care the facts that cannot be changed in the past. We give chances to any person who joins our company.

Also, I think we have one more point on employment without looking at resume.
It is not only about not looking at resumes, but also about our thoughts to think about the blank in the resume and the process to come to FDA.

I think this is our companies feature that we have a lot of people with difficulty to work and

全盲の弁護士 大胡田先生とお会いしました。

ドキュメンタリーがゴールデンタイムのサスペンスにもなった全盲の弁護士である大胡田先生と本日お会いしました。
仕事の進め方・プライベート・講演活動など様々なテーマで盛り上がりました。

「参考にならない視覚障がい者の生き方～弁護士×経営者」という対談をしたいですねと冗談も飛びました。
これからもいただいた役割を全うしながら仕事に励んで生きたいと誓ったお昼でした。



I met the a totally blind lawyer, Mr. Ogoda, today.
We discussed on the topics of the way to proceed with the work, our private affairs and our lectures.

We joked each other saying we should do the Talk Session called “Visually Impaired People’s Not-helpful Ways to Live～Lawyer× Manager”
The time I spent with him reminded me of fulfilling the role that I am given.

2週間

先日、休日に出勤をしていました。
するとおぼつかない声で電話がかかってきました。
すると「間違えました」と一度目の電話はすぐに繋がらなくなってしまいました。
5分後にまた電話がかかってきて、FDAが掲載された、とあるハンドブックを見てご連絡をくださったひきこもりの当事者の方でした。

翌日に事務所にいらしていただき詳細を聞くと、「ハンドブックで団体を知ってから電話をかけるまで2週間心の準備がかかった、FDAを選んでくださったのは相談日が決まっていなかったから」と言葉をいただいた。
こんな当事者のギリギリの心に寄り添う仕事をこれからもできればと思います。
本人と面談をし、早速、本日からトレーニングにいらしていただくので、一歩ずつ前進していることが嬉しい限りです。

Yesterday, I worked on a day off.
On that day I got phone call and the person who called us said “it was a wrong number” in hopeless voice.
Then, I got another phone call and the person who called told me that he telephoned us after he saw a handbook and he was a stay-at-home.

I asked him to come on the next day after I got the phone call.
He visited us and he told us “it took 2 weeks to preparer my mind to make a phonecall to FDA. The reason why I chose FDA is that I found FDA doesn’t require concrete date to come and visit.”
I hope to continue such a job to be able to snuggle up to someone who really needs help.
I had an interview with him and we agreed that he will come for job training from today.
I am so happy that he is moving forward one step at a time.

起業家とは

経営に関わる仕事をさせてもらって10年以上になります。
おかげさまで数千名以上の経営者とお会いし、勉強させていただいています。

下記皆さんもご存知かと思いますが、経営者の教訓を紹介させてもらいます。
自分がやりたいことや好きなことで起業をすると会社は失敗する。

ぼんやりでいいので、自分が社会や周囲からこんな部分で必要とされているのではないかと想像しながら起業すると、成功することができる。

これは経営だけでなく日々の仕事にも言えると思います。
目の前の出会いや業務に想いを馳せることが重要だと思います。
また、そんな背景を伝えられるリーダーであり続けたいと思います。

What is Entrepreneur
It has been 10 years since I started doing business on management.

Thanks to more than 1000 managers I met, I am learning it.
I think you already know but lelt me introduce some lessons as managers.

If you start a business in the field of what you want and what you like, it will fail.
If you consider what society and surroundings want you to do, it will succeed.

I think this thing is not limited to management: the same thing can be applied to day-to-day work.
I think it is important to think of encounters and works in front of you.
I would like to be the leader who can convey this kind of things.
