私にとっての見やすさ

東北は大雪で見渡す限りの真っ白。
そして夜はビルや建物もほとんどないので真っ暗。
光と色の白黒しか分からないぼくにでも目で楽しめる風景でした。







The ground was completely white with snow in Tohoku.
And it is so black in night time since there are almost no building in here.
It was very enjoyable landscape to me even I can distinguish only black from white.

当事者やご家族とつながること

今回の朝日町ブランド大学でも約100名の方にご参加いただきました。
そしてこんな小さな町でも当事者やご家族が名刺交換に来て下さり、「大丈夫ですよ」と伝えて握手をしながらつながることができました。





About 100 people came to listen to my speech in Branding University in Asahicho.
Even in this such a small town, the person and their families came to exchange business cards with me, and I told them “it will be alright” and I could connect with them.

日本で最も人が集まる町の大学

今回は山形県朝日町に訪問しています。
2週に1度120名以上が集まる朝日町のブランド大学で講演をさせていただきました。
素晴らしい場所で講演ができたことに心から感謝申し上げます。






Today I am visiting Asahicho, Yamagata.
I gave an lecture in Branding University in Asahicho, where more than 120 people gather once in 2 weeks.
I sincerely appreciate that I could give a lecture in such as great place.

朝日町はどんな町

これから山形県内で東北ツアー最後の講演を行います。
昨日の小学校での講演のワンシーンです。

我々視覚障がい者は洋食と和食であれば和食を好みます。
なぜならフォークやナイフより箸の方が細かい動きができお椀を持ち上げて食事することができるからです。

でももっとも食べやすい食事は「寿司」です。
なぜならお寿司屋さんのカウンターは黒でシャリが白なのでコントラストが見やすく手で食べることができるからです。
そんな話を小学生たちともしました。

最後に、山形県は国内で最も青少年の犯罪が少ない県です。
そんな地域のお手伝いができればと思います。







I am going to give the last lecture during this Tohoku tour in Yamagata.

I would like to talk about some part of yesterday’s lecture at elementary school.
We, visually impaired people, prefer Japanese food to Western food.
The reason is because using chopsticks let us do the flexible move and we can sometimes lift up bowls.
Especially, the easiest food to eat is sushi.
The reason is because the counter at sushi restaurant is black and the color of the rice is white so their contrast let me find where the sushi is and I can use my hands to eat.

Lastly, Yamagata is prefecture that there are the least crimes of youth in Japan.
I would like to help them with something.

盛岡での出会い

盛岡では東北でNo1のビール会社や老舗の染物屋さんなど多くの経営者・福祉関係者が講演にいらしてくださいました。
今後も出会った人の人生を前に進められるような生き方ができればと思います。






Many enterprise managers such as president of No.1 beer company in Tohoku and welfare officials came to listen to my lecture.
I would like to live my life to let the people who I meet go ahead.

昔の自分に向けて

先ほど無事に山形県朝日町にある小学校２校の4～6年生向けに講演が終わりました。
ブランディングと友達作りをかけあわせながら話をしました。
昔の自分がこんな講演を聴けたらきっと小学生時代に自分の障害や病気についてみんなに打ち明けられたかと思います。
子どもたちの最高の笑顔に心から感謝申し上げます。







To old me

I gave a lecture to 4th to 6th grade elementary school student in Asahicho, Yamagata.
I talked about how to make friends and I mixed it up with the lecture about branding.
I think I would open my mind and tell my difficulties and disease to my classmates if I were able to listen to this kind of lecture that I gave today.
I sincerely appreciate their amazing smile.

村尾さんとの二泊三日の合宿

この2泊3日は、年始のスタートダッシュを切るためにも講演家としてスキルアップするためにも、東北での事業を創造するためにも緊張感は高いですが、非常に素晴らしい時間になっています。
新幹線や車の移動、食事をしながら、すべてが世界トップレベルのブランドコンサルタントであり私の師匠である村尾さんとのかけがえのない時間になっています。

①周囲に疲れを見せない工夫
②悪口や文句を言わない工夫
③自分の業界や業種の素晴らしさを伝える工夫

昨日の村尾さんの講演会のパートで上記3つを意識したクレド研修がありました。
日ごろから私がとても意識していることだったので、納得感のある時間となりました。

This 3 days was very tense to make good start in 2016 , to create new business in Tokyo, and to increase my skill as speaker but it have been great time.
On my way to the destination and during meals, I spent precious time with Mr. Murao, who is an outstanding branding consultant and my mentor.
1. The way not to show tiredness to others
2. The way not to speak ill of others
3. The way to convey the greatness of one’s business field and others’ business field
Yesterday Mr. Murao gave an credo lecture focusing on 3 things above.
They were things that I always care so his lecture was very convincing for me.

友達100人できるかな

昨日より盛岡・仙台・山形と講演に回らせていただいております。
本日、山形県朝日町にある2つの小学校へ約100名向けに講演をさせていただきます。
そのテーマは「友達100人できるかな」です。
この2泊３日で東北で100名の出会いを作ることを目標にしており、一部写真を紹介させていただきます。
盛岡市を中心に様々な経営者と出会うことができました。






From yesterday, I have been holding a seminar in Morioka, Sendai, and Yamagata.
Today I am giving a lecture to 2 elementary schools in Asahicho, Yamagata.
The theme is “whether you can make 100 friends.”
My goal in this 3 days is to meet 100 people and I would like to introduce some photos.
I could meet nice enterprise managers especially in Morioka.

意外と傷つく日常のこと

嫁さんに話したら馬鹿笑いしましたので、ここにも書いておきたいと思います。

先日役所に行った時のことでした。
嫁さんに口で場所だけ聞いて、あとは勘で訪問しました。

いつも出張や客先の訪問も一人で行きます。
大切なのは分からなくなったらすぐに人に聞くことです。
多くの視覚障害を持つ方は道が分からなくなって悩むことが多いです。
私はこのすぐに聞くことが自分の経営者としての判断の速さや瞬間的なコミュニケーション能力の向上のトレーニングだと思っています。

私は光と色の白黒の区別がつくぐらいの視力です。
先日も自動ドアを入って、人に道を聞こうかなと思ったら、残念ながら人ではなく花壇でした。
この瞬間みなさんが街中でずっこけて、誰も見てなかったよねと確認するのと同じように見えない僕はその姿に誰かに見られていないか確認をします。
意外とこんなときも目が見えないことを意識し、少し悔しいなと思うことがあります。

でもこんなことが毎日あるので、少し弱さに向き合い、人を頼ることがだいぶ慣れてきました。

Sensitive heart

Today I would like to write a story that my wife laughed out loud.

It was when I went to a city office.
My wife told me the place of it orally and I followed my intuition to get there.

I always go to business trip and business visit by myself.
The important thing is that to ask people when I get lost.
I know many visually impaired people are puzzled with the fact that they easily get lost.
I regard asking people as soon as possible as training for sooner judgement and momentary communication ability.

My vision is to extent to judge whether the light is white or not.
This time, after I went into an automated door and I tried to talk to people but it was a flower bed, not people..
This moment, I make sure that no one noticed I was talking to the flower bed just like you make sure no one see you when you fall to the ground.

I feel a little bit frustrated to do this kind of things because I cannot see things.
But, this kind of things always happens to me so I am getting used to face my weakness and to rely on people.

いつも考えている事

昨日も私の器のなさでメンバーを叱責してしまった。
そこで改めて思ったことがある。

「誰かの最初のひとり、最後のひとりでありたい」といつも思っています。
就労困難な方の多くは「どうせ」「だって」「とはいえ」とよく口にします。
そんな彼らの人生で最初の理解者であり、
どんなことがあっても最後の一人として、そばで寄り添うことが出来ればと思います。

What I am always thinking

Yesterday I scolded the FDA member because of my intolerance.
This incident reminded me of this;

I am always thinking that “I would like to be the first and the last one for someone.”
Many people in job training tend to say “but” and “after all.”
I would like to be the first sympathizer in their lives and to be with them as the last one for them no matter what happens
