私の師匠であるブランド戦略の専門家、スターブランド村尾隆介。

おととし、東京マラソンを一緒に走るプロジェクトもさせていただきました。
日頃のビジネスや講演など、多くの接点をいただいた2015年でした。
FDAの事業所にお礼の品を飾らせていただきました。








1月下旬には盛岡・山形を中心に一緒に講演でまわらせていただく予定となっていますので、
またご報告させていただきます。

Tohoku Tour in the Last Week on January 2016.

Ryusuke Murao is an expert on branding strategy and my master.

I and Mr. Murao carried out a project to run Tokyo Marathon together 2 years ago.
I got many occasion with him together such as on business and in seminars in 2015.
We have displayed a thank-you gift from him in FDA office.

I and Mr. Murao are going to go to Morioka and Yamagat to give a lecture together in the last week of January in 2016.
I will let you know about it in detail in this blog later.

年末のご挨拶 「つながる」ということ

2015年、関わってくださった皆様へ

いつもありがとうございます。
NPO法人FDA理事の成澤俊輔でございます。

お陰様で、2015年の年末を迎えることができました。
本年は大変お世話になりました。
常に「連だこ」「大丈夫」と言える存在であるの2つを
意識して事業に取り組んでまいりました。

気付けばFDAも設立より5年が過ぎ、
拠点は3拠点になり、2015年だけでも38疾病の
就労困難な方にトレーニングの機会を
作ることができ、25市区町村以上から
我々を頼りにし、通ってくださるトレーニング生に出会えたことに
心から感謝申し上げます。

また、FDAの職員で重度の精神疾患を抱えるメンバーがおり、
おととしは3か月、去年は4か月の入院をしており、
今年は入院ゼロであったという事実が働く場所が提供できる
「安心感」「つながる」「役割」であると強く思いました。

これからも出会った人の人生が少しでも前に進むよう、
一生懸命楽しく現場で汗をかいてまいりたいと思います。
来年、どのような課題や役割が私やグループ全体を成長させるのか
今から楽しみにしています。

2015年、本当にありがとうござました。

End of Year Greetings: To Be Connected

To all who had relationships with me in 2015

I always appreciate kindness from all of you.

Thanks to your help, I was finally able to reach this end of year in 2015.
I had been working on business while keeping in mind that I am the one who can always say to people that “it will be alright.”

It has already been 5 years since FDA was established.
Now FDA has three offices and we were able to create the training opportunity for people with difficulty in employment.
We would like to say thank you to the training students who come from over the 25 cities.

Also, we have some of staffs in FDA who have severe mental disordv
er.
He was in the hospital for 3 months in 2013 and for 4 months in 2014.
I think the fact that he was not hospitalized in 2015 represent the importance of “place to work”, “sense of security,” and “connecting with people.”

We will make an effort to support people in FDA to move ahead with their lives.
We are looking forward to seeing what problems and roles make us and our group as a whole improved.

We truly appreciate your support in 2015.

クリスマスイベント

先日こんなことがあった。
トレーニングを受けている２０代男性のメンバーがショートメールで「クリスマスイベントにどうしても出たいので、１日実習を休みたい」という相談でした。
さっきまで一緒だったので、直接言えばよかったのに、
と思いながらも心からの叫びだったのでしょう。

営業や先方の社長にも事情を説明しましたが、
最後本人が直接の現場リーダーに「休みたい」の一言が言えず、
数日間やり取りが続いた。

ある意味業務指示のようにお願いをしてやっと伝えられた。
実習の内に休みのお願いや自分の苦手な部分を見せることが企業とのマッチングの中では大切。
そしてたった一回の今の仲間とのクリスマスイベント、
参加してもらえてよかったです。
仕事も大事だが、誰にでも当たり前に届く「イベント」を
僕らのメンバーにも届けることができればと考えています。

Christmas Event at FDA

I recently received in email from a job trainer in his 20s; it said that “I would like to take a day off for Christmas event.”
Right before I received that email, I was talking with him so I was wondering why he did not say that at that time. But I guess it was his cry from the heart.

I explained the situation to the president of the company who accommodate the job trainer but the job trainer could not say easily that he would like to take a day off.
It took several days that the trainer could say it to his supervisor.

Finally I asked the job trainer to say it to the supervisor and he succeeded to do it.
It is important to ask for a day off and to show the weak point during the job training for better job matching.

It was the only once Christmas event with current fellows so I am happy that he could make it.
Of course job is important but I would like to offer events that everyone can participate in.

クリスマス

FDAで就労困難なトレーニング生に青春時代を取り戻してほしいと思っています。
部活動やサークル経験の少ない彼らにイベント・祭・達成感・一体感などを
感じてもらえればと思っています。

先日もとてもまじめな優秀なトレーニング生がショートメールで
「どうしてもクリスマスイベントに出たいので、1日だけ実習を休みたい」
と連絡がありました。

少し、昔の自分へ恩返しができているような気がしました。

Christmas

I hope that job trainers can make up for the fulfilling youth years that they could not have.
I hope they feel the atmosphere and sense of accomplishment by joining events and festivals.

I got an email from an excellent job trainer; it said that “I truly want to participate in Christmas event at FDA so please let me take a day off for it.”

I felt that I could pay back to the old me.

家庭訪問での出来事

先日スタッフ家庭訪問する機会がありました。
家庭訪問は考えさせられることがいっぱいあります。
そして会社訪問や事務所での来客面談とは違い「大丈夫です」といつものようになかなか自信をもってお答えすることができません。

先日も出来ることに限りがある訪問だったのですが、
最後にスタッフが一言、ご家族に声をかけてくれていました。

「私も似たような家族を持っています」と。

この仕事は当事者や家族に当事者を抱えると心が揺らぐことが良くあります。
また、その経験がとてつもなく安心感を生む機会があります。
これからも一瞬一瞬の感じた気持ちを大事にしながら、
出会った人の人生が前に進むような取り組みができればと思います。


Events during home visit

I got chance to visit family of a FDA staff.
Home visit always makes me think about a lot of things.
During home visit, I cannot say “it will be ok” with confidence, which I can always say it to people who visit our office.

I recently visited the staff home and he said to me that he has family issue as well.
This kind of job makes us sometimes feel uncertain when we become the person or the family of the person.
Or, it can make sense of security tremendously.
From now on, i would like to care the feeling and I would like to work hard for the life of people I meet to move ahead.

ある校長先生からのお便り

先日盲学校の校長先生たちと食事をする機会がありました。
現場上がりの校長先生で、とても共感することが多かったです。
先生より下記のようなお便りをいただいたので紹介させていただきます。

Recently I often got the opportunity to think about cooperation of medical welfare and working but I would also like to think about cooperation of medical welfare and education.
